About me

I am an Associate Professor of Psychology and Methods and Statistics at University College Roosevelt, and my current research focuses on programs enhancing the pedagogical function of education and applied cognitive psychology. I also serve as research consultant at The Hague University in the knowledge center Youth Education, where I supervise methodology of research projects on various subjects related to youth and development (e.g. pedagogical knowledge of parents, effectiveness of school-based socio-emotional learning programs and innovative educational methods). I completed my Ph.D. in Social Cognitive Psychology at Warsaw University. My main areas of interest are social cognitive psychology, applied developmental and educational psychology, positive psychology, methodology of social sciences, survey research methodology and applied statistics, as well as the application of social and cognitive psychology to research methodology and education.
