 Alumna Publishes Cookbook

Part of the UCR experience is living on campus, which includes learning how to cook and do groceries. UCR Alumna Emily van Rheenen (class of 2015) was shocked by how little her fellow students knew about preparing healthy meals, staying within budget and avoiding waste. She has just published a book with tips and tricks to help students around the country cook healthier meals within their budget. It's called De Studentenchef (Publisher: Karakter), and you can find more information here​ (in Dutch).
